Graphical User Interface for IMDB Bulk Updater and TVrageUpdater

This will get info for either the videos missing data or all movies.  If the video is in the format SxxExx (The Simpsons S09E12.avi) it will be treated as a TV show and the TVRage script will be automatically used and a Poster created using MPlayer.

Bug Fixes,

• Will now collect MySQL login info off any distro
• If MythVideo poster folder does not exist it will create it
• Scan for New Movies button added[Disabled to sort out some bugs]
• Splits found shows into TV and Movies
• Will create posters for TV shows deeper than top level
